EBA Radar

Enterprise agreements in your industries that expire in six to twelve months.

EBA Radar is a monthly alert for workplace relations consultants and employment lawyers. It lists employers whose agreements reach nominal expiry in six to twelve months, before bargaining for a replacement usually begins, so you can make contact early.

Launching December 2026. A$129 a month, first month free.

First page of the EBA Radar sample alert, listing twelve employers with agreements reaching nominal expiry between May and September 2027.
The sample from 3 November 2026, built from the Fair Work Commission register.

What each alert includes

Employer and agreement
The employer's name, the agreement's full title and its Fair Work Commission reference, so you can pull the document in seconds.
Nominal expiry
The expiry date as published by the Commission, sorted soonest first.
Industry
Only the sectors you work in, so the list stays short enough to act on.
Patterns worth knowing
A short note when something stands out, such as clusters of agreements that expire on the same day.

An example from this month

Of the 50 agreements most recently approved with a nominal expiry between May and November 2027, 35 are construction agreements that expire on 2 or 4 July 2027.Bargaining for most of them is likely to start early in 2027. Advisers who know that now have months to plan their approach.

Where the data comes from

Every agreement comes from the Fair Work Commission's public register of approved agreements. The register is accurate but slow to search by expiry and industry. We do that searching each month and send you the part that matters to your practice.
